Michael has recently been commissioned to produce an artistic impression from architectural plans for a property development in Talland Bay in Cornwall. This can enhance prospective purchasers ‘feel’ for future properties prior to building work.

Commissioned by Olive Tree World Property Development Company for three artistic impressions of a new site in Cornwall from architechtal design plans. This proved to be a challenging experience that required visual, virtual interpretation. Original paintings were subsequently utilized in the marketing promotion portfolios of the development site.
